If you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item you may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after delivery; however, we must be notified in writing or by email to email@example.com of your intention to cancel, within 14 working days after receipt of the goods. Please note email notification is preferred.
Please note that orders that have already been processed will be subject to administration charge of 5% from the invoice total.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorization, at your cost. Alternatively we can arrange collection at your request which will be charged at £10. After the 14 days, we will not accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items.
Goods must be re-packaged as received. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.
You are very strongly advised to use a recorded delivery service, such as provided by Parcelforce or most couriers, or allow us to arrange collection at your cost. This is to ensure you have proof that the goods were received at our depot.
Full refund of the cost of the goods, excluding delivery costs, will be given upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition.
If the goods returned are complete and unused including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less the cost of delivery and collection.
If the goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition and/or parts missing, we will not accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back to us without prior authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and should be sent back to us within 7 days of reporting.

Please note goods must only be returned once authorised. Delivery costs will not be refunded unless we have been notified and authorisation has been given.
When receiving the delivery from our courier we insist that you write “unchecked” against your signature as we appreciate at the time of delivery it would be difficult for you to check your goods properly for any damages, defects or missing parts. If you do not write “unchecked” then we do not accept any liability and responsibility for damages, defects or missing parts in your delivery.
For circumstances in which we will be arranging collection we will inform you of the day these will be collected and you must ensure someone is present at that time. If our courier calls and no one is present you may be levied with a charge of £7 for failure to collect.
